Under the company’s respective Apparel and Toys banners, they have entered into a master apparel agreement with The Bentex Group (affiliates of H.I.S. International, Dreamwave, LLC, LLC and Extreme Concepts, LLC) and a robust toy licensing agreement with Bonkers Toys. The deals will lead to the creation of a dedicated line of apparel, toys, and collectibles featuring the likenesses of’s popular creator partners and original characters for fans to enjoy while introducing a lifestyle aspect to each collection tied to each creator’s favorite things.

This announcement comes on the heels of’s agreement to create a book imprint with Simon Spotlight, a division of Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing, where creator partners Ryan ToysReview, Captain Sparklez, EvanTubeHD, HobbyKidsTV and original characters will appear in books. With the launch now of not only Books but of Toys and Apparel this further illustrates the company’s commitment to building franchise brands and delivering them to everywhere kids are today including digital content platforms and traditional channels like retail.

As part of the master apparel agreement with Apparel, The Bentex Group will be charged with developing an extensive clothing line featuring’s creator partners and original characters. The branded apparel will be promoted by creators within their videos and through their social media pages. The apparel line, which will be introduced to market in time for Holiday 2018, will be featured by The Bentex Group in a flexible branded showroom at 34 West 33rd Street in N.Y.
