Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned top-tier creator partners/projects and work across departments to help service all talent.
  • Lead external strategic partnership conversations; responsibilities include deal structuring, presentation and recommendation, legal/contract negotiation resulting in new talent acquisitions.
  • Effectively communicate with creator partners ensuring that everyone, internally and externally, is on the same page.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and Experience

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in talent management at an MCN or talent agency/management company.

  • Experience with YouTube operations, analytics, and social media rules and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage several of our top-tier creator partners/projects and work across departments to help service all talent.
  • Effectively communicate with creator partners ensuring that everyone, internally and externally, is on the same page.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute partnership requirements and deliver on business objectives.
  • Lead strategic partnership conversations; responsibilities include deal structuring, presentation and recommendation, legal/contract negotiation resulting in new talent acquisitions.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Design and build rotating and standing sets based on creative briefs and creative producer direction.
  • Manage and report art department expenditures, clearly communicate and delegate to Art PA’s when necessary, and build schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of all production design elements.
  • Provide pre-build visualizations, budgetary asks, and participate in the conversation on how to ensure that multiple productions can effectively share limited studio space.

Post-Production – Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Supervise editors, projects, and resource scheduling
  • Maintain clarity of information and facilitate channels of communication between the producers and editors
  • Manage post-production schedules, delivery deadlines, workflows (digitizing, upload for approval, reviews, and final distribution)

  • Fine tune current production infrastructure and internal workflows to enable fast-paced, successful delivery of our original productions

Post-Production – Craft Editor

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with executive producer(s) to perform finishing edits on long-form content for distribution on multiple platforms (OTT, Web Video, Broadcast, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Post-Production Supervisor to establish technical standards in line with industry standards
  • Provide creative and technical input on projects throughout the post-production process
  • Must be speedy! Deliver high volumes of finished content on tight deadlines
  • Utilize graphic design skills to create final content
  • Edit video with Adobe Premiere Pro and create motion graphics using Adobe After Effects

Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience as a video editor for content destined for OTT distribution (Broadcast experience a plus)
  • Experience in long-form craft editing
  • Adept at creating motion graphics and other graphic assets for video
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a broadcast-ready Audio Mix & Color Correction
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, namely Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and some Audition
