These Official Rules apply for “RYAN’S WORLD TOUR GIVEAWAY” (“Sweepstakes”) conducted by PocketWatch, Inc. 8500 Steller Drive, Building #7, Culver City, CA 90232 (“Sponsor”) and promoted on Instagram and Facebook (“Social Media Platforms”) and at https://pocket.watch/ryansworldtourgiveaway (“Website”). The Sweepstakes will start at 4:00:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on March 8, 2021 and will end at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Daylight Savings Time (“PDT”) on April 9, 2021(“Sweepstakes Period”). By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to the Terms in these Official Rules.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE (A) LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND (B) AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. Daily Entry Period #7: Begins at 4:00 AM PDT and ends at 11:59:59 PM PDT on Monday, March 29, 2021;
Daily Entry Period #8: Begins at 4:00 AM PDT and ends at 11:59:59 PM PDT on Friday April 2, 2021;
Daily Entry Period #9: Begins at 4:00 AM PDT and ends at 11:59:59 PM PDT on Monday, April 5, 2021; and
Daily Entry Period #10: Begins at 4:00 AM PDT and ends at 11:59:59 PM PDT on Friday, April 9, 2021;

Entries received during previous Daily Entry Periods will not be eligible for subsequent corresponding Daily Entry Period Random Drawings, however all Entries received during each Daily Entry Period will be eligible for the Grand Prize Random Drawing.

By submitting an Entry, each entrant consents to receive from the Sponsor a reply Instagram message, and, if applicable, an Instagram direct message, Facebook direct message or an email notifying such entrant that he/she is a potential Prize Winner. Entrants will be required to have a public Instagram and/or Facebook account in order to accept an eligible Entry. Entries posted by a protected Instagram account or Facebook account will not be recognized. Each Entrant is limited to one (1) Entry per Social Media Platform and one (1) Entry per email address via the Website per day for a total maximum of up to three (3) Entries per Entrant per day. For purposes of these Official Rules, a “day” is defined as the period starting at 4:00:00 AM PST/PDT and ending at 11:59:59 PM PST/PDT the same calendar day. Duplicate Entries or multiple Entries made by an Entrant in excess of the number allowed will be disqualified.

Your Entry constitutes your consent to participate in this Sweepstakes and your consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver your name, address and other information to the Sweepstakes Administrator for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. All Entries become the property of the Sponsor upon submission and will not be acknowledged or returned and the Sponsor has the right to dispose of the Entries at Sponsor’s discretion.

Entries posted are the views/opinions of the individual Entrant and do not reflect the views of Sponsor in any manner. Entries may not contain, as determined by Sponsor’s sole discretion, any content that:

• Feature celebrities or public figures;

• Defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies;
• Contains trademarks, trade names or copyrighted materials owned by others, except those owned by Sponsor for which Sponsor has provided Entrant a limited license to use as it relates to the Sweepstakes;
• Contains any personal identification, such as license plate numbers, personal names (other than just first name), email or street addresses;
• Communicates messages inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill to which Sponsor wishes to associate;
• Contains competitive products of Sponsor; and/or
• Violates any law or infringes upon the rights of any other person or company.
• Embodies the names, likenesses, photographs, or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without their permission.

Company names, trademarks and/or logos other than those owned by Sponsor, photographs, artwork, other copyrighted materials and the name or likeness of any person (collectively, “Third Party Intellectual Property”) may not be included in any Entry submitted. Any Entry submitted that includes any Third-Party Intellectual Property may be disqualified if such use is deemed inappropriate, impermissible or illegal, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing malfunction, error, disruption or damage will be disqualified. DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT: Once an Entry is submitted into the Sweepstakes, any such posting will be deemed made at the direction of the Entrant within the meaning of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the Communications Decency Act. TEN (10) DAILY RANDOM DRAWINGS/WINNER SELECTION: One (1) Random Drawing will be conducted from among all correctly answered Entries received during each Daily Entry Period for a total of ten (10) Daily Random Drawings. Ten (10) winners will be selected in each Daily Random Drawing for a total of one hundred (100) Daily Winners. The Daily Random Drawings will take place on or about the following dates stated below:

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING/WINNER SELECTION: All entries received from among all Daily Entry Periods will be combined and two (2) Grand Prize Winners will be selected. The Grand Prize Random Drawing will be conducted on or about April 12, 2021.

ALL RANDOM DRAWINGS/WINNER SELECTIONS: Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the number of eligible Entries received. All Random Drawings will be conducted by PCG65, LLC, (“Sweepstakes Administrator”) whose decision regarding the selection of winners are final and binding. In the event an insufficient number of eligible Entries are received during a designated Daily Entry Period (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion), the Daily Prizes eligible for that corresponding Daily Entry Period Random Drawing may not be awarded in this Sweepstakes.

ONE HUNDRED TWO (102) PRIZES AND THEIR APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: Two (2) Winners will each receive the following items designated by Sponsor: One (1) Ryan’s World Hot Air Balloon Ride Toy; one (1) Ryan’s World Globe; one (1) Ryan’s World Jada Airplane; one (1) Ryan’s World Far Out Board Game; and one (1) Ryan’s World Passport Starter Pack. ARV of each Grand Prize: $110; and ONE HUNDRED (100) DAILY PRIZES: One hundred (100) Winners will each receive one (1) Ryan’s World Sticker Pack designated by Sponsor. ARV of each Daily Prize: $5.00. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $720.00. Any difference between the stated ARV of any Prize and the actual value of that Prize will not be awarded. No cash substitution, assignment, or transfer of any prize permitted. In the event a Prize item is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. By entering this Sweepstakes, all Entrants agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Administrator and the Related Entities and each of their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees or representatives from and against any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, harm, damage (including but not limited to property damage, personal injury and/or death), claims, actions, costs and expenses (including without limitation, all attorneys’ fees and court costs) arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with any Prize or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any Prize or participation in any Prize-related activity or use by Sponsor of the Entry in any manner. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition. CLAIMING PRIZE/RELEASE: Prizes are subject to the Sweepstakes and all applicable federal, state and local laws. Eligibility, age and claims made by a potential Prize Winner are subject to verification. Each Prize Winner will be required to complete, sign and return to Sweepstakes Administrator a Prize Verification Form and (where imposing such condition is legal) a publicity release, within five (5) business days of notification. An “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person 18 years of age or older who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Sponsor may ask any entrant or the potential Prize Winner to provide Sponsor with proof that such party is the authorized account holder of the e-mail account associated with the Entry.

GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants and Winners: (1) agree to be bound by these Official Rules; (2) agree to release Sponsor and the Related Entities from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery; and (3) consent to the use of his/her name, voice, picture, and likeness for advertising and Sweepstakes purposes (where permitted) in any medium throughout the world, whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor, at its sole discretion may prohibit individuals from participating in the Sweepstakes and disqualify entries if they (1) attempt to enter the Sweepstakes through any means other than as described in these Official Rules, (2) attempt to disrupt the Sweepstakes or circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules in any way or (3) repeatedly show a disregard for the Sweepstakes Official Rules or act (a) in an unsportsmanlike manner, or (b) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor. Sponsor’s decisions with respect to the Sweepstakes are final.

LIABILITY & RELEASE: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Administrator and the Related Entities from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize hereunder, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries or Claims; or (e) injury or death to a person(s) or damage to property which may be result, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or entrants’ receipt, acceptance, use and/or enjoyment of any prize. In the event the Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator or the Related Entities are prevented from continuing with this Sweepstakes, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes is undermined by any event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute, or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order of regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within the Sponsor’s or the Related Entities’ control (each a “Force Majeure” event) the Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator and the Related Entities shall have the right, in their sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes without notice or further obligation. If the Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator or the Related Entities, in their discretion, elect to abbreviate, cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes as a result of a Force Majeure event, the Sponsor, Sweepstakes Administrator and the Related Entities reserve the right, but shall have no obligation, to award the Daily Prizes and Grand Prizes from among all valid and eligible Entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event.
